One in four women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. Fewer men suffer but are more often ashamed to seek help. Safe Passage offers non-judgmental assistance in a time of crisis as well as the resources victims and their children need to rebuild their lives.
We have advocates available 24 hours a day to be a caring, personal link for the survivor to the hospital, law enforcement and criminal justice staff. We’ll help you understand your choices and your rights, in a safe, respectful environment.
Safe Passage understands the unique needs of children affected by domestic violence or sexual abuse and sexual assault. We have our own child advocacy center to make kids feel secure and safe during the entire investigative process.

Domestic violence and sexual abuse are crimes. If you choose to report, a police investigation may follow, as well as the need to file legal paperwork and attend court proceedings. We will be your advocate throughout the criminal justice system so you are sure of what to do.
